Total costs $80 for the first participant. Guests staying in the same trailer will be $30. You must have an annual pass or a daily pass ($7 per day) to stay at the state park, in addition to the camp site fees. If you don't have an annual pass, be sure to pick up your daily pass at the entrance when you come into the park.
Deposit of $50 due upon signup. Remaining fees due June 1, 2015. You will receive a refund if someone takes your place at any time before the trip. The group camp site has been paid for in advance by me personally.
As soon as I have participants for 11 camp sites, the RSVPs will be closed. You must have an annual pass or a daily pass ($7 per day) to stay at the state park, in addition to the camp site fees. If you don't have an annual pass, be sure to pick up your daily pass at the entrance when you come into the park.
This will be a weekend trip. We will have a pot luck dinner on Friday evening, and will have a group dinner on Saturday night. This year we will again use Signup Genius to assign tasks. We will not be providing breakfasts or lunches.
Mueller State Park is a wildlife refuge and has many biking, hiking and horseback riding trails. Mueller State Park is about 1 hr and 45 minutes from Denver, and about 35 minutes from Colorado Springs. Go to this link for more info: Mueller State Park. There is plenty of great fishing in the area: Fishing in Victor.
There are many attractions and activities in Cripple Creek and Victor including historic walking tours, antiquing, shopping and sightseeing. Link: Cripple Creek, CO. There will be Fourth of July celebrations in Woodland Park and Cripple Creek.
The entire area is rich in mining history and tours of the historic mines are available. Electric hook ups will be available at each camp site. Water, restrooms and showers are available (bring change for showers).
Dogs are permitted but must be on leash at all times in the park. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. This is a wildlife refuge and it is very important that dogs are leashed, not merely on "voice control." Cats are permitted inside your trailer. Also, the park rules are very strict regarding caching of food. There are bears in the area. Please be aware of these restrictions and be prepared.

THE OLD-TIME FIDDLERS PICNIC
When: July 31 - Aug 2, 2015
Where: Livingston, MT - One mile south of I-90 on US 89 and on the east side of the road.
We went to the Fiddlers Picnic last year for one of the most relaxing, unusual rallies we have ever been to. WAY more than a picnic, although there was a Saturday afternoon picnic-potluck with the musicians’ group along with Sunday breakfast put on by them. Dal Smilie hosted it and we were so impressed that, even from Arizona, we are going to host it. There were no schedules, nothing more than hearing music from morning until well after the sun set. Country, Celtic, folk, hoe-down, lots of fiddlin. If you have an instrument or voice that favors that kind of roots music, come and join in. Its all very casual, come play for awhile, move on to join another group and play with them at their doorstep or in the barn. And if you don't play, what a treat just to pull up a chair and enjoy the tunes under the Montana sky. You can just wander with your chair from one trailer to the next and catch whatever group of folks are gathered at the moment to play outside their door.
For more info: fiddlerspicnic.blogspot.com/ Rally donation is $25 per trailer for the weekend for the expenses of the musicians’ group putting it on.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you are coming and what kind of trailer you have. Steve and Reg Bittner

The caravan will take place from July 30 through August 8, 2015. We have planned this caravan out in a
way to give participants the opportunity to take in all the U.P. has to offer and maintain a reasonable pace. We want this to be a fun, relaxing trip! The trip will consist of 10 nights in 8 different locations, circling the entire U.P. AND, we are also
bringing along a caterer that will be preparing a wonderful dinner for us each night. Your breakfast and lunch meals are up to you. The average day will consist of traveling roughly 100 miles or so to our next destination, at your own pace, taking time to see as much or as little as you would like along the way; we will all meet up at our next stop in the early evening for happy hour, followed by a great catered dinner, and discussions of the day's adventures. Each night's stay will be at a campground with, at a minimum, electricity and bathroom/shower facilities. Due to limited campsite availability at some stops, we have to limit this trip to 25 units, so sign up early to guarantee your spot.
The TENATIVE itinerary is:
