Ultra Ken........what a find 
What is interesting to note:
This appears to be a fully functioning and roadworthy vehicle with a tandem rear drivetrain perhaps 
Each rear axle has a set of duallys on it...........
I really like the relatively small 'state of the art' bottle jack used to change the front tire that looks to be at least 36" tall
There appears to be an upstairs lounge of some type.....
Very cool use of neon sign lettering for the band name lends itself nicely to the night time film scenes
Consider that in this day and age, 'concept vehicles' used in movies are designed to run for a mile or less........

I remember price wars on gasoline that brought the price down to $0.12 and then they gave you steak knives for filling up.
