      • Description: 1969 Avion 25' for sale, just outside Detroit (**not ours--listing for a friend**)

Anyway, this one is a 1969 25'. Has the full bath with a tub/shower/sink/toilet. It's the model with the full size bed area in the back, and gorgeous amber shellacked birch throughout. The owners full-timed in it for a year, through a Michigan winter. They replaced the furnace with an infrared heater. Everything works, all lights, water, gas, etc. The skin is in good shape and the tires are less than a year old. They pulled out the stove and all the old cushions and mattress.

They're looking to get $4500, but I'm sure they'd be open to reasonable offers. Clear title.

I'm trying to help them find a buyer since we backed out. I felt bad and now I really feel like I should help them get it sold.

Anyway, their number is 1-248-875-1503 (pretty good about responding to texts), email is charlaarning[at]gmail[dot]com. The wife's name is Char. They're very nice folks.

I have a few pics, but not great ones. I'd wholeheartedly suggest you follow through with them, though. It's a good deal and a solid camper.
