Made in HOLLY MICHIGAN.CLEAR TITLE and DOOR KEYS. PRETTY CLEAN WITH NO ANIMAL DAMAGES19' LONG 20' 8" WITH TONGUE. SLEEPS 6 FOLD DOWN DINETTE AND REAR FULL SIZE BUNKS Single axle with trailer brakes This was built with NO Bathroom or holding tanks since new,but haS a porta potty in the largest closet ,which has a flip out double door to have privacy from the front areaThis camper has a large front dinette, 3 closets and nice underneath and overhead storage nice wide aisle way. APPLIANCES: 2 GAS LIGHTS, NORCOLD GAS/ 110v FRIDGE. NICE DIXIE STOVE/OVEN, PANELRAY L.P. SPACE HEATER MADE IN CALIFORNIA. ALL TESTED AND IN GOOD WORKING ORDER!!!! CORAL PINK, WHITE, BLACK EXTERIOR, AMBER WOOD INTERIOR with PINK FORMICA!!! the camper is well built and weighs 3060 lbs. Bearings Repacked and in Great Condition,Electric Brakes work fine and a New &-Way Plug Installed to Vehicle This is a pretty nice camper, especially for its age but it isn't perfect, STARTING WITH THE EXTERIOR 1the paint is faded and flakeing in some areas 2. the doors are built like a car with a steel outer skin and they had rust out along the bottom edge, the front door works fine, the rear one is stiff from not being used and drags on the frame(not square?). Both doors still have some rust showing through if you look close, but they still look pretty good there was no sign ever on the interior of animal intrusion from mice etc. 4. there are some dents and dings on the aluminum outer skin but all are pretty minimal however along the bottom 1" of the skin there are some oxidization holes caused but the steel floor cross supports resting against the inside of the outer skin there are about 4 on each side at the very bottom. 5. The roof appears to have been coated about twice in its life there is some past (MINOR) damage on the interior wood but it doesn't seem to be leaking at present but it still needs the roof coating. 6. The tires are 8ply HEATMASTER commercial truck tire replacements which wer'e installed by the previous he said about 15 years back, the tread is great but there is some minor checking from the sun, this also comes with the original spare a DAYTON THROUGHBRED in good shape. all the rims are 6 bolt split rims. INTERIOR negatives.. 1. Overall the unit is solid and looks nice inside but there is some wood damage from past leakages, the worst is in the inside of the rear closetand under the rear window on the back wall also a little on the inside of the cabinet above the sink at some staining around the heater pipe and the heater pipe itself has some minor surface rust...see pics.. 2. The floors are solid in all the right places, both entry door floor areas are solid however the front door has some curled tiles probably from the heater pipe leaking at some point, but both floor entraces and steps are solid yet The floors only soft spots are at the back edge of the left rear closet where the plumbing drain goes through the floor (the drain probably leaked) and at the front corner of the front right dinette floor (under the dinette seat) there is a soft spot, again these are not that bad, and these are pretty easily repaired if you choose too, the floor tiles are all still intact. and the camper is highly usable just the way it is. 4. The sink trap needs replaced and presently has a slight drip that isn't causing any harm since i slipped a bowl under the trap. 5. The stove is beautiful but there is one broken grate, nothing is missing and the stove and oven work great. Thats all the negatives HERE are THE POSITIVES: 1. All tailights and lights are working in and out. 110v lights on interior (this never had any 12 volt lights). 2. All appliances are working fine including the fridge, which is a NORCOLD brand L.P AND 120V, this fridge kept meat frozen no problem at summer temps using the l.p. setting. fridge was installed in 1972 according to the manual. 3. All the L.P. system was checked out for leaks with soap solution and is presently in safe working order. 4. someone installed an extra HUMPHREY gas light so there are 2 total. 5. This still has the original L.P. tanks one is dated 1954 and the other 1957 also i just painted the L.P. tanks and the tongue and steps. 6. good original spare. 7. comes with 110 park plug in stub cord 8. !!!!! ATTENTION !!!!!!!! this DOESN'T come with the jack stands DOES COME with the vintage and other gear in the pics (EXCEPT FOR the BED COMFORTER on the rear bed 9. has original steel spring dinette cushions and original upholstery !!!! in good condition (brown with coral, tan , burgundy weave). 10. original PINK FORMICA !!!!! on table and counter 11. All original flooring in tan brown coral pink and turquoise colors. 12. all windows work great and screens great, but the front door screen is pulled out of the groove at one edge. 13. Have clear michigan title and door keys!!!!! 14. sink has no chips and the faucet hasn't been tested but it is a solid brass PRICE PFYSTER rebuildable faucet. 15. outside old house style 110v pop out stove vent works great. 16. very wide dinette table and a wider than normal Aisle way. 17. good amount of storage space. 18. The whole interior is in nice looking and clean condition and is very pleasant to spend time in, also we noticed this camper is quiet when closed up
bed sizes etc. the 2 rear bunks measure 48"wide x 74" long. The front dinette measures 41" wide x 84" long The dinette table measures 41" wide x 42" long. Tin Can Tourist Classified Ad Disclaimer and warnings

Sellers - please note - Beware of a buyer scam
If you've received an offer from a buyer (typically overseas) who promises to send a cashier's check for the full amount of your asking price, but he's asking you to send a check for several hundred dollars to a person who will be transporting the trailer. This is not a legitimate request. Don't Do It. If someone really wants to buy your trailer regardless of location, they should be responsible for not only the cost of the trailer, but transportation fees. Use your best judgement here, you're trying to sell a trailer, not pay for your buyer's expenses. The Tin Can Tourists Club offers this classified system free of charge as a service to our community.
