This camper has classic lines and layout that made the "Compact" popular then and now. All original beautiful vintage lamps. Tongue jack works. Great layout! All of the kitchen in in the front of the camper.The bathroom is in the front curbside of the camper, and can serve as a closet or will hold a port-a-potty. Two large bench seats are in the back on either side of the kitchen table. These compact has a special set of hammocks that hang from steel rods. The hammock was designed to allow two people to sleep up above while the table or bed can be enjoyed by others below. Great camper for four people. Hammock is missing but can be refabricated from simple materials (canvas and 3 steel bars). Table has hole in it, but the wall brackets are intact as is the frame and leg. The tires are newer. I recently pulled it across two states it tows like a dream! It is the EASIEST trailer I have ever pulled. Really! Doesn't even feel like it is there! The Compact is so light that it can be moved aroung by hand - often by just one person. The does need extensive interior remodeling. While the front kitchen is in decent original condition. The back ceiling of the camper will need to be re-panneled. The floor will also need to be re-tiled or carpeted. Drawer pulls will beed to be replaced also missing a single stove knob. Windows look in great shape, no cracked or missing panes. The floor of the camper is completly unfinished, and can be restored to your likeing. Camper is about 12-feet long including the hitch and can fit in most garages. Can be pulled by an SUV, a truck or a 6-large car. I've towed it with a Toyota highlander and a Ford Ranger. It is a good width for towing, and fits into the 'wind shadow' of the vehicle towing it, this makes it very stable. You can actually look through the camper while driving. Front and back window of the camper are lined up so you can see the traffic behind you! (Just be sure the shade are open.) Please feel free to come-by and see the camper. Currently the camper is in Massachusetts. Camper will be sold as-is with a valid Bill-of-Sale and other documents so you can register it in your state. It does have observable VIN Stamped on it. I will provide a Bill of Sale, and an affidafid of ownership and a Certificate of VIN number confirmation signed by a Massachusetts Police officer. This camper can be registered in any state.
