($5,900.00) Good supersize supersize supersize Description: 1956 Spartan Royal Manor For Sale I was hoping to restore this but a complaining neighbor forces the sale. This Spartan had been parked in a Perris trailer park for decades before I pulled it to Ojai. The aluminum body is as straight as you will ever find one. The interior needs to be restored. The wheels and tires are new and the wheel bearings have just been repacked. The lights and signals work for towing but the brakes are not hooked up. I had no problem towing it with a ¾ ton truck. It has a clean California title. The light blue paint is peeling off in areas but it has protected the aluminum for many years. I was going to strip it and have it polished to a mirror finish. The interior cabinetry is intact and in pretty good shape. The paneling could use a refinishing job and only one wall piece has had some water damage. This vintage trailer will make an amazing guest house, art studio, office, star trailer, or even a usable RV. I may be able to help with delivery depending on location. Do some internet research to see how great these can look once restored. Spartans were the top of the line trailers in their day and they have a very interesting history.
